Day 1: Arrival at Kigali Airport

On your arrival at the Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our safari guide who will transfer you to Ruhengeri where you will prepare for gorilla trekking the following day within the Virungas. Dine and slumber at budget Kinigi Guest House, moderate La palme or luxury Mountain GorillaView Lodge Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking in the Volcanoes National Park

Very early you will rise for breakfast and then head to the park headquarters where you will be briefed before going for the gorilla trek within the light forested slopes of the Virungas. Usually the duration it takes to encounter these mountain gorillas varies from one hour to the entire day. Dine and slumber at Kinigi Guest House, La palme, Mt Gorilla View Lodge Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 3: Departure

After breakfast, you will return to Kigali where you will enjoy a Kigali city tour, to visit some of the genocide memorial sites and thereafter be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
