6-Days Wonderful Luxury Safari

Safari Overview:

Your safari in Kenya begins at our luxury tented camp called Sasaab in Samburu. Here you will find the contrasting arid landscape, harsh yet beautiful in this unique environment. During your stay you will have the opportunity to go fly camp, camel ride and spot lots of elephant and species unique to the area such as Grevy Zebra, Oryx, Somali Ostrich and gerenuk. From Sasaab your Kenya luxury safari holiday will journey onward to Solio Lodge.  Nestled between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Mountains, the lodge is the only property within the 19,000-acre conservancy. This exclusive access allows our guests to have an incredible Kenya safari experience. The Rhino and game spotting will testify. Your safari in Kenya ends at the iconic Giraffe Manor in the company of our resident Rothschild’s giraffe.

Day 1 – 2: Nairobi – Wilson – Samburu National Park – Sasaab Camp

at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and accompanied to Wilson Airport for your one-hour flight to Samburu. On arrival at a Samburu airstrip you will be met, introduced to your guide and taken to Sasaab for a delicious lunch. EXPERIENCE: A safari holiday in Samburu is different to other parts of Kenya. Whatever time you arrive, we will be ready to greet you with a warm and friendly welcome. There is so much to do at Sasaab. You can learn more about local Samburu traditions or take a camel ride. Go fly camping, explore the wilderness and sleep under the stars. Those who prefer to relax can take full advantage of the luxurious spa at the camp. EXPERIENCE As you head out each morning, you will quickly realise that Solio is extraordinary. Not only is it home to large numbers of black and white rhino, it is also the only lodge on the Conservancy.
